Mauger’s Meats is a family farming and butchery business that has operated from their family farm “Laurel View” at Robertson in the Southern Highlands for over 40 years, with focus on traditional methods and high welfare standards. Your tour will include morning tea, short presentation, livestock inspection, lunch/meat tasting and “The Art of Butchery” boning demonstration.
